Before we offer you our services, we would like to tell you about us and our business model.

We are real estate agents specializing on large properties and forest throughout Germany. We advise and supervise our clients, charging a fee in case of a successful transaction. We advise both those looking to sell properties as well as those interested in buying.

After each successful transaction we charge a commission fee of 3% of the sale price plus value added tax. Our services cover everything that is required from beginning  to end including deal closure, registration and money transactions.

The service agreement with its conditions is uncommitted and may include a temporary exclusive procurement or a general assignment which is geared to the subject, the needs or special requirements of the objects.

Additionally we arrange leases, providing advice both to the leasee and leaser, as well as property evaluation.
